We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting senior citizen activities.

Mission:

The purpose and objectives of The Auxiliary are to advance the social, recreational, athletic, cultural, leisure and spiritual interests of senior citizens and individuals in need of long-term care and palliative care, aged eighteen years and older, who are residents of the Gore Bay Manitoulin Lodge Nursing Home and other senior citizens who are residents of Western Manitoulin Island.

Financial Support:

Objectives of The Auxiliary are funded by charitable contributions that are tax deductible and receipted under #872717210RR001.

Memorial donations can be given to Manitoulin Island funeral homes or sent directly to:

Membership:

Everyone is welcome to become a member of The Auxiliary. The Auxiliary is managed by a board of directors who are elected, each year, from the ranks of the membership. The offices of president, secretary and treasurer are elected, each year, by the directors.
